SIZING: As long as your limbs are bigger than 7in (18cm), which is the size of a 12-14yr old’s arm, or smaller than 39in (100cm) which is the size of a large NFL lineman’s thigh, we have you covered!

The B STRONG TRAINING SYSTEMTM is ideal for individual people who want to get fit anywhere.  The package is compact, lightweight, and doesn’t require any accessories to enjoy the benefits of full body strength training.

Our guidance app includes video instructions and tutorials that will teach you the basics of B STRONG training.  Once you create a user account, our algorithms will customize your pressure recommendations and walk you through basic exercises. From there, the only limitation is your imagination.

Additional bands can be purchased for use with your partner, spouse, sibling, etc.

Instructions to our guidance app come with your purchase receipt.  The app will teach you the basic safety rules and regimen to follow for safe and effective results.  B STRONG’s instructional material is the result of many years of experience with top athletes, trainers and coaches.  We have simplified everything down for you into a simple, follow along method, that will teach you the basics and how to expand from there.

    I first met Jim when I was coaching Mikaela Shiffrin in 2015-2016. He introduced me to BFR at the time and I was immediately intrigued. Fast forward three years, this Christmas I was helping Lindsey Vonn alignment over Christmas break and took the tip of a slalom gate to my medial meniscus. It completely ripped it from the capsule. I had a complete repair January 31st and have been using your product ever since. I’ve really struggled with extension due to the scaring and extensive damage inside the knee. While using BFR straps my pain is almost completely gone. I am now 7+ weeks out of surgery and able to pedal a bike. I have been riding 20-30 min with the straps on my legs and am feeling pretty good. Love the product.

    BStrong is a great product. It’s very affordable compared to other blood flow restriction training devices, and In my opinion it has the best functionality. As strength coach I use the BStrong belts for recovery with my athletes- both in season and off season. We’ve seen great results over the past year.

    Bought the cuffs 6 months ago and can’t live without them. I’m a personal trainer/body therapist and the cuffs are an important component of almost every one of my sessions. On a personal note I have osteoarthritis in my hip and the cuffs have a direct impact on that joint. I’m putting off hip surgery largely due to the BStrong system.

    Very interesting, much shorter recover, but no short cut on effort (you are working just as hard, just with less weight.) Excellent customer service from Sean, including dealing with a return (wrong size). Sean has also provided excellent user advice, including well after the purchase. PS Ive learned to ignore the burn to failure to a certain extent; mind over pain.

    I’m 52 years old and have been very active my whole life. Most of my workouts through today have been HIIT with weight training focusing on body composition. About 2 years ago I had a surgery to repair my shoulder. Since then heavy weights started to take a toll. My elbows, knees were in constant pain from the isolation exercises. I had both tennis and golf elbow on both arms. I visited my Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Tal David who was the Dr. for the SD Chargers prior to moving to LA. Mentioned BFR and he was all for it. Said he used it with training and recommended the pressure cuffs. He said the elastic bands were not the way to go as you are guessing. After further research I found BStrong.
    I’m really amazed at how you gain strength and mass. I don’t think I’ll go back to heavy weights again for arms and legs.
    Last week I was reaching high pressure amounts on the cuffs after 60 days of use and did a regular routine for arms without the bands. I was amazed to see how much strength I gained and had no pain when finished. I did this to get new one rep max amounts so I could adjust my BFR Workouts. You made an amazing product. I was leery if it would work as over the years we all have seen 100s of gimmicks. There are no shortcuts. Plus my joints/tendons and ligaments are the best they have been- allowing me to increase my chest/back and shoulder workouts.
    Lastly, Sean has personally answered all of my questions. Every email was promptly returned.
    Thanks to these guys Im back to 10% Body Fat @ 212 Lbs. I could not of accomplished that at my age with heavy weights.

    As a 57-year-old aging boomer with muscle and strength loss concerns (sarcopenia & dynapenia), blood flow restriction (BFR) seemed to be a solution that was too good to be true. Being an engineer, I decided looked into the science behind BFR (was it just a gimmick/fad/exercise du jour?), and found that an extensive amount of medical and scientific research has already been done and that BFR is currently being utilized by physical therapists to improve/accelerate injury recovery, a number of professional sports teams are using it (NFL & NBA) for training and injury recovery, Olympians are using it (for training and injury recovery), the military is using it (injury recovery and potentially for physical training), and even NASA is looking to use BFR (to reduce muscle & strength loss during space travel). I then came across Dr. Stray-Gundersen’s IHMC video “Blood Flow Restriction Training: Anti-aging medicine for the busy baby boomer”, which contained exactly the data I was looking for. So, taking all of this information into consideration, I was convinced that BFR was a proven, effective practice and a viable option for me to use. In addition, Dr. Stray-Gundersen’s video led me to BStrong, which was followed shortly thereafter by a purchase of a set of four BStrong bands.

    The BStrong bands are exceptionally well constructed and durable. The carrying case makes the system very portable – I take them to work daily, on business trips out of town, and any extended travel I do.

    In less than four weeks I was exceptionally pleased to see definition and muscle tone (and muscles) in my arms and legs that I did not think I would see again, and these results from just a 20-minute workout several times a week. I have taken to improving my lunch-time walk by wearing the bands during the walk, wearing them when I use my rowing machine, and even wear them for short bike rides. The use of light weights, partial body weight, or when just walking/cycling/rowing make the exercises seem less intimidating to me and less stressful on my body while still providing amazing benefits over a short workout time (which makes it easier/more convenient to fit into my schedule).

    After my first week of use I had some questions regarding the incorporation of my rowing machine as well as the routines I was using with the bands. The emails were responded to by both Sean Whalen and Dr. Stray-Gundersen with advice and recommendations. I am genuinely impressed that my questions were responded to so quickly and that they were actually answered by the co-founders.

    I can’t recommend BStrong and the BStrong system highly enough.
